The mug was actually broken when I received it, but I emailed them a picture and a replacement was sent very quickly. The second mug was perfect and I cannot wait for my sister to open it. I know things get broken all the time in the mail, and I am very satisfied with how this company responded.

I got this for my brother and it is pretty good quality and the graphic is nice! Not too gummy like some other Kirkland logo sweatshirts. I recommend. He wears it a lot!
